Meet Gregory Swinehart

National Service Area Leader, Analytics, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP

Greg Swinehart is the National Service Area Leader of the Deloitte Financial Advisory Services (FAS) LLP Analytics practice. For more than 17 years, Greg has been dedicated to working with Deloitte’s financial advisory clients, including assisting with analysis of leveraged buyouts, capital budgeting and mergers and acquisitions, among other things.

In his role, Greg primarily focuses on helping clients with damages analysis, expert testimony, discovery assistance and forensic investigations. Greg has also led a number of consulting practices within Deloitte, including Minneapolis, New York and Chicago. His consulting experience includes bankruptcy and reorganization, business and strategic planning, economic consulting, financial process improvement and valuation.

Greg has given numerous presentations to organizations, among them the Association of Corporate Counsel, Boston Bar association, Illinois CPA Society, Minnesota State Bar Association, National Society of Hispanic MBAs, to name a few. He also has taught various finance courses at the university level.

Greg received his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He completed his MBA in finance and accounting at the University of Chicago.
