Toby J. F. Bishop the director of the Deloitte Forensic Center for Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP (Deloitte FAS) in Chicago. He is a global thought leader in the area of fraud prevention and detection, with a special focus on the issue of financial statement fraud. Toby is the former president and chief executive officer (CEO) of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the global professional association of nearly 45,000 antifraud professionals in 125 countries.

Kerry Francis is the chairman of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP (Deloitte FAS) and the national leader of Deloitte FAS’ Corporate Investigations practice. Kerry specializes in internal corporate investigations and securities litigation matters for a variety of industries. She has provided forensic accounting and fact analysis and interpretation surrounding the accounting and financial reporting and disclosure issues in corporate investigations and securities litigation matters, as well as consulting on Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) related matters. Kerry has also provided services in a variety of bankruptcy, civil, and criminal court cases, including preparing and presenting trial exhibits and testimony.

 Frank Hydoski

Frank Hydoski, Director, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP

Frank Hydoski is a director in the New York Forensic & Dispute Services practice of Deloitte FAS. He is responsible for developing new products and approaches in forensic accounting and investigations for clients in both the private and public sector. Internationally recognized for his work in complex investigations, especially those requiring information technology to facilitate forensic analysis, he has extensive experience in developing analytical databases used in litigations, investigations, and settlements. Frank is a co-author, with Toby Bishop, of Corporate Resiliency: Managing the Growing Risk of Fraud and Corruption (Wiley, 2009).
