Deloitte  Document Review Services has developed  eRaptor ^TM, a powerful database that simplifies the tracking and reporting of document reviews, allowing companies to manage budgets and costs effectively. How eRaptor works

• Project workflow: Data-set information from the document repository is loaded into the Workflow Module of the database, which then assigns and monitors the information. Project tasks, including workflow management, reviewer quality statistics, and project management, are also tracked.
• Project communications: Review guidelines; project assignments and team communications are managed through the Project Communications Module, so everyone on the project team has consistent, up-to-date project information.
• Project timekeeping: Everyone working on a project manages their time through the Timekeeping Module, which is the key to properly managing resource allocations on various projects.
• Project reporting: A robust Reporting Module provides real time project monitoring on project status information and metrics, resource allocation, and project spend to manage project scope and client expectations.
