Tron Allen is a Senior Vice President in the Houston office of Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC (DCF) Capital Advisory Group. The Capital Advisory Group provides assistance and advice to financial management teams as they evaluate, plan, execute, and manage capital market activities for debt refinancing, capital restructuring, and business transitions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and sourcing of new capital.
Tron has over 15 years of experience as a senior lender to middle market and large corporate entities in the Mid America region. Prior to joining Deloitte, Tron structured and originated various financing transactions in support of acquisitions, buyouts, refinances, recapitalizations, and aggressive growth situations. Tron previously held senior positions in the areas of enterprise client management, corporate lending, and middle market leveraged finance. He began his professional career in various operating and financial roles within the energy industry.
Experience
Tron has been involved in the origination, underwriting, and management of senior debt transactions for the majority of his career. These transactions have involved a cross section of industries that have included retailers, manufacturers, service-oriented businesses, distributors, and specialty businesses.
