Computer Forensics
Deloitte Discovery’s computer forensics professionals help companies find relevant data by collecting, preserving and harvesting data from computer systems, including hard drives, servers and back-up media, and maintain/preserve authenticity and chain of custody. They also conduct advanced digital forensics, including network packet analysis, malware analysis, RAM memory analysis, mobile device analysis, digital fingerprinting of documents and computer systems, video forensic analysis, and advanced decryption services, advanced file and system recovery, and forensic tape analysis & recovery.
Electronic Discovery
Deloitte Discovery’s e-discovery professionals leverage advanced technologies to help clients process and facilitate analysis, review and production of electronically stored information related to litigation and investigations. These integrated services are provided at our Electronic Discovery Solutions Center (EDSC) as well as in regional centers around the globe, and are closely connected to pre-litigation consulting conducted as part of Litigation Readiness and to the work of Computer Forensics.
Document Review
Deloitte Discovery’s document review professionals offer companies and their legal counsel efficient and timely assistance with document review and production in complex business disputes and investigations, including handling matters of relevance, privilege and categorization of issues. They also leverage technology and advanced analytics techniques, such as text categorization, to help create efficiencies and cost savings, protect privilege, conceal trade secrets, and comply with privacy requirements. Document review professionals also design and manage review protocols focused on protecting clients from sanctions while minimizing the costs of meeting production obligations.
