Electronic Discovery Deskbook - Technology ConsiderationsA chapter from a Practicing Law Institute book |
Considering the volume of data and the technology required to retrieve it, coupled with new and more complex procedural rules, the discovery task can be a daunting task to tackle. Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP recently teamed with the law firm Mayer Brown to publish a treatise for the Practicing Law Institute (PLI) called Electronic Discovery Deskbook. This book is designed to help organizations and individuals develop and implement cost-effective information and litigation management policies and procedures for use in electronic discovery.
“Chapter 13: Technology Considerations” was authored by Deloitte Financial Advisory Services and dives into a number of cost-effective and efficient technology options for use during electronic discovery.
“Contributing to the book was a great opportunity to team with Mayer Brown and has provided a great resource to help the marketplace build effective electronic discovery programs,” said Tony Reid, principal, Analytic and Forensic Technology, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP, and the Deloitte lead for the deskbook.
