Guy is an accounting principal in Deloitte's M&A Transaction Services practice and has more than 21 years of public accounting experience. Guy is the National M&A Real Estate leader and has worked on some of the largest and most complex real estate and hospitality transactions in recent years, including both domestic and cross-border transactions in the public and nonpublic arenas. He has extensive experience in advising both financial sponsors and corporate buyers on due diligence, accounting structuring matters, and financial and operating aspects of transactions. Guy co-leads Deloitte’s service offerings around distressed real estate debt.

He has more than 23 years of real estate experience and is a specialist in real estate and related capital markets’ industry segments. He focuses on real estate capital markets activities, including buy and sell side diligence for distressed real estate backed notes and asset transactions, debt workout and restructure, valuation, and real estate litigation support.
