Meet Narendra Ganti

Narendra Ganti has 20 years of diverse experience in both private industry and consulting, with more than six years experience in Internal Auditing, across a wide range of industries. Mr. Ganti has served as advisor to some of the largest corporations, law firms, financial institutions, and governmental agencies (PBGC and FDIC). Responsibilities have included identifying control deficiencies, strengthening operational efficiencies, managing engagement teams, preparing reports for senior management review, coordinating work with external auditors, and performing follow-up reviews.
Mr. Ganti served as the project manager for the Receivership of Silver State Bank (one of the largest bank failures in 2008) and for Asset Management, where he was responsible for managing 70 who collectively managed approx. $2 billion in assets and 1,700 loans. Asset types managed included: SBA loans (Express, 7(a) and 504), Construction Loans, Acquisition and Development Loans, Mortgages, HELOCs, Land Loans, and Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Ganti’s experience includes all aspects of asset management: workouts, negotiations, restructure, funding, compromises, staffing and Congressional inquiries, and client interaction. Mr. Ganti has also represented creditors in out-of-court workouts by analyzing cash flow projections and operating results, reviewing business plans and cash management programs, as well as performing operational/strategic consulting.
Mr. Ganti’s client experience ranges from large multinational corporations to small privately-held businesses, including representative clients such as Ardent, BankVest, Bennett Funding Group, Burham Service Corp, Central Wayne Energy, Charter Financial, Cosmetic Center, Crown Simplimatic, Envipco, Galey & Lord, Guy F.
