Security Solutions - Deloitte is a recognized leader in developing and delivering security and risk management services. Our Information & Technology Risk professionals deliver business driven solutions with time tested methodology and services. Deloitte’s HP/ArcSight services range from financial planning for a SOC/SEM solution to the tactical implementation and management of threats.
Application Quality Management – For IT organizations implementing new applications or making changes to existing applications across the application lifecycle (such as mission-critical ERP systems), Deloitte and HP provide automated testing services built on HP Quality Center and Performance Center software. Through the use of automated tools and services, organizations can enhance application quality management to help reduce risk, improve visibility and improve efficiency through repeatable and consistent business processes.
Data Center Automation – For CIOs facing increased service demands from their business units with limited IT resources, Deloitte provides services that leverage HP’s Business Service Automation (BSA) software and are designed to help these CIOs in their efforts to improve business processes and efficiency in the data center. IT Service Management (ITSM) – ITSM connects and automates the processes IT staff use to manage and control the quality of IT services. By combining Deloitte IT Operations services with HP’s Service Management Center software, we are able to assist organizations in their efforts to promote staff efficiency, reduce operational costs, mitigate risk and drive business value.
Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) – Project Management Organization’s (PMOs) regularly deal with time, cost, and resource-management challenges and are challenged to fully understand how their project activities, budgets, and resources are aligning with business needs. Our offerings include time-tested Deloitte management methodologies built on HP’s Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) software. Combining Deloitte’s broad range of cloud-related services with the HP Converged Infrastructure architecture results in foundational technologies and services designed to help organizations in their efforts to source, deliver and govern a hybrid environment of technology-enabled services.
Enterprise Applications (EA) – Both Deloitte and HP have earned market leadership positions with their SAP and Oracle partnerships. Engagement teams from Deloitte and HP work closely to develop EA solutions matched to the client’s requirements while leveraging HP technologies and services as well as Deloitte services ranging from Enterprise Risk, Tax, Human Capital and Strategy & Operations to Technology Services.
