A highly respected leader in the industry, Ogilvie has extensive knowledge of the federal legislative landscape as well as the international banking markets. Howard Mills Howard Mills, former Superintendent of the New York State Insurance Department, is Chief Advisor with the Deloitte Center for Financial Services and Deloitte LLP’s insurance industry group, where he works with both U.S. and global insurance clients in solving their most challenging problems, on issues such as growth, globalization, regulatory issues and managing the complexities of compliance.
