Tab has served clients in the Departments of: Defense, Homeland Security, Transportation, and Aggriculture as well as the Intelligence Agencies, FBI, NASA, and most of the other civilian cabinet level agencies. He served as an officer in the United States Air Force with engineering assignments in munitions manufacturing as well as several assignments in contracting. “Working at Deloitte is challenging and rewarding. My best days are when I help clients and colleagues navigate a difficult path. The opportunity to make a difference is what drives me every day.” Tab served on the Board of Directors for the Homeland Security & Defense Business Council and led the development of the Center for Innovation in Public Service at George Washington University’s School of Public Policy and Public Administration. He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute, a M.S. in Management from Troy State University and was certified as an Acquisition Professional in the DoD Acquisition Professional Development Program.
