Tasked with keeping a pulse on current and future trends of mobile and emerging technology, Shehryar identifies industries and opportunities where mobile can truly impact both user and business goals. In addition to promoting the capabilities of Deloitte Digital and its mobile-focused practitioners, he helps drive the strategic direction of the service line. Shehryar has spent his 15-year consulting career advising clients in industries ranging from telecom to government. His time at Übermind was the early highlight of his professional life. Shehryar grew up playing field hockey and soccer, and the PC that his parents gave him in eighth grade inspired the future course of his career. He attended Allegheny College, a small liberal arts school in Pennsylvania, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Computer Science. While writing his award-winning senior thesis on the NeXTSTEP platform, Shehryar fell in love with the technology—an event that further shaped his career. Shehryar currently lives in Seattle with his wife and their two sons, who share their dad’s love of soccer.
