Richard Rorem

Bio

Rich Rorem is the U.S. practice leader for the finance transformation integrated market offering. He serves clients across industries in areas of finance strategy and transformation, integrated performance management, and finance operations. Rich has been heavily involved in the design and implementation of the technologies that support finance organizations, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Financial Planning & Analysis, and Business Intelligence solutions.

Prior to his role as finance transformation leader, Rich was the national service line leader for finance. In this role, he led the development of Deloitte's methodology for finance strategy development, foundational training, and financial modeling. He has also been a keynote speaker on finance transformation at international CFO and finance executive conferences.

Before joining Deloitte, Rich was a vice president in the corporate finance divisions of two banking institutions, where he originated and structured corporate finance transactions for Fortune 500 companies.
