Ranjit Bawa has made a career of answering this question for his clients. Ranjit brings more than 15 years of experience to his role as a principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP and leader of its Infrastructure Transformation market offering. He has served clients both large and small on infrastructure transformation and cost management engagements, specializing in the Banking & Securities sector. In addition to advising on large-scale transformations, Ranjit has recently built data center efficiency improvement programs, business cases for cloud computing, and created strategies for integrated global data centers, operating model redesigns, and cost reductions for clients around the globe. His direct experience with operations, financial management and technology engineering position him uniquely to be a leader in this space. He has served many of the largest Wall Street banks and a number of other regional and global financial institutions in various capacities, helping them to drive superior value from technology. Ranjit champions a number of Deloitte Consulting LLP initiatives around mentorship, training and hiring. He is also the Regional Industry Leader for Financial Services in the northeast US. In a prior career, Ranjit worked in aircraft engineering operations. He was also a founder of a high tech wireless startup prior to joining Deloitte. He holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering with honors. Join the Conversation
