Looking back on my life, both professionally and personally, the advice I always give people is simple –'Find what you love and have a passion for and excel at doing it'. The road to a successful career and life is paved by doing something really well. And to do something really well, you need to love what you do. Find something that you love and have a passion for and you will have a successful and rewarding career. And don't stop looking until you find it." Prior to his leadership role in the Northeast, Nick served as the regional managing principal of Deloitte FAS' Pacific Southwest region and the U.S. Valuation liaison to DTTL's Asia-Pacific region. Before joining Deloitte FAS, Nick was a manufacturing engineer with Sperry Defense Electronics Corporation, where he developed strategic business plans for new business ventures and manufacturing operations.
