Lori Scott McWilliams is the Central Regional Managing Partner of the Deloitte Forensic practice at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP (“Deloitte FAS”).
Lori’s varied client service has included auditing public and private companies including various filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), working with client management in complex, multi-year restatements of financial statements and implementation and on-going compliance with the provisions of Section 404 of Sarbanes-Oxley. She also has experience with initial public offerings, debt placements, and merger and acquisition due diligence. She has also assisted many growth-oriented companies in financial accounting controls and procedures, revenue recognition, stock compensation, accounting for franchises and other accounting issues.

Lori received her BBA in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and Oklahoma.
Lori is a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. She was also honored with the Dallas Business Journal 2010 Women in Business Industry Leader Award.
Besides her professional commitments, Lori is a member of the United Way Alexis de Tocqueville Society and United Way Women of Tocqueville Steering Committee. She is also a member of the Board of Directors, Big Thought, and Board of Visitors, University of Oklahoma School of Accounting. She is also a founding member of United Way Women of Tocqueville.
