BioKyle Cheney is a member of Deloitte’s Finance Transformation leadership team with over 15 years of financial accounting and consulting experience. Specializing in the “Last Mile” of Finance, he manages large global projects related to financial governance, process and systems transformation, internal controls design and remediation. Kyle leads financial system design and implementation initiatives for his clients that are focused on delivering controlled business processes within large, distributed organizations both in the U.S. and internationally. Kyle also supports clients in the implementation of solutions focused on automating and streamlining financial close and reporting processes while improving internal control. He has extensive experience in vendor market analysis, software selection, business requirements definition and implementation of vendor product offerings in the “Last Mile” of Finance. Kyle is currently the lead engagement partner on two global balance sheet integrity initiatives that focus on improving and standardizing account reconciliations, variance analysis and close task management. Kyle received a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Kent State University, and a Masters degree in Management Information Systems from Case Western Reserve University.
