Bio

Kevan Flanigan is the National Managing Director of Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC* (DCF LLC) in the U.S. DCF LLC is the investment banking subsidiary of the U.S. firm, and a leading provider of investment banking services for middle market (generally sub $500MM) transactions. DCF LLC is the investment banking subsidiary of the U.S. firm, and a leading provider of investment banking services for middle market (generally sub $500MM) transactions.

Since joining the firm nearly 20 years ago, Kevan helped establish Deloitte's national DCF LLC practice, after identifying an unmet need for companies buying and selling businesses in the mid-market. Since that time, Kevan has assisted business owners and executives execute acquisition, sale, joint-venture and capital raising mandates as a lead advisor, often helping them effect transactions with counter parties in foreign countries. While the deal sizes tend to be considered middle market, DCF LLC- provides deal advice and fairness opinions to both entrepreneurial growth companies, as well as Fortune 500 clients, and specializes in carve-out divestiture transactions for the latter segment of the market.

Kevan has advised on deals in a number of industries across a variety of countries, including China, India, EMEA, and Central and South America.

Kevan earned his bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from the University of Michigan. He is a Certified Public Accountant, registered in California and Michigan, and is also registered in a Series 7, 24 and 63 capacity with the National Association of Securities Dealers.
