BioKerry Francis is the chairman of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP (Deloitte FAS) and the national leader of Deloitte FAS’ Corporate Investigations practice. Kerry specializes in internal corporate investigations and securities litigation matters for clients. She has provided forensic accounting, fact analysis and interpretation surrounding the accounting and financial reporting and disclosure issues in corporate and corruption investigations and securities litigation matters, as well as consulting on Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) related matters. Kerry also has provided services to clients in a variety of bankruptcy, civil and criminal court cases, including preparing and presenting trial testimony. As a result of these experiences, Kerry is often sought by clients to provide insights on anti fraud or anti corruption programs and controls. Kerry serves on the Executive and Operations Committee and the Board of Deloitte FAS. She formerly served as the Deloitte FAS regional managing partner for the Northern California and Pacific Northwest region. Kerry joined Deloitte as a partner in 2001. Previously Kerry earned her CPA while performing financial statement audits. She attended the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned bachelor of arts degrees in Economics and French. Kerry’s governance roles as Chairman of Deloitte FAS and as a board member of Berkeley Repertory Theatre enhance her ability to provide value to her clients in their prevention of fraud or corruption.
