BioKelly is a Principal leading the Deloitte Consulting LLP Federal Technology Strategy and Architecture practice. He has nearly 25 years of cross-industry experience delivering technology solutions and value added advisory services within the disciplines of IT Strategy & Transformation, IT Services Management and Technology Infrastructure Optimization. Kelly joined Deloitte in 2009, and prior to that was a Vice President, Public Sector Solutions at BearingPoint, leading over 300 consulting professionals and eight Managing Directors focused on Technology Advisory & Management, and Security, Privacy and Identity Management Sub-Sectors. During his 12 years at BearingPoint, he served clients from the US Federal, State & Local Government, Higher Education Institutions, Health Care and Telecommunications Markets, and has prior experience with Electric Utilities. As a Managing Director, he managed an industry leading IT Transformation Program (ITTP) of a large State government focused on the consolidation of IT across 93 autonomous Executive Branch Agencies. Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys spending time in and on the water as an avid boater and certified SCUBA Diver. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University.
