BioJessica Blume is the U.S. Public Sector Leader for Deloitte LLP, which includes audit, consulting, financial advisory and tax services to state and federal government clients. The practice is comprised of more than 7,500 professionals delivering services to state, federal, local, higher education, public health care and nonprofit clients. She has held several leadership roles in the organization, including leading the Deloitte Consulting LLP Public Sector Consulting practice. Most recently, she was the National Managing Director for Research and Innovation, responsible for our competitive and market intelligence and our development of new market offerings. In this she role she led the organization’s efforts in working with organizations to measure, improve and sustain their environmental and social performance. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for Deloitte Consulting LLP and a former member of the Board of Directors of Deloitte LLP. Jessica has a clear vision for how Deloitte LLP's member firms can serve the public sector. She understands that our clients continue to face budget deficits and decreasing tax revenues, antiquated infrastructures, high levels of unemployment, increased healthcare expenses, and a retiring workforce.
