As the Chief Talent Officer of the Deloitte U.S. Firms, Jen is advancing this vision for Deloitte professionals as she leads the Talent organization which includes Acquisition, Delivery, Development, Specialties, Operations, Partner Matters, the Women’s Initiative (WIN), Diversity & Inclusion and Alumni Relations. In addition to her Chief Talent Officer responsibilities, Jen also continues to serve as Lead Consulting Principal for a major global financial institution, and performs pro bono and volunteer work with several non-profits including Youth Business America, an organization focused on investing in young people by helping them turn their good ideas into successful businesses. Prior to her current role as Chief Talent Officer, Jen led the Financial Services practice in the Western region, and served as the General Management national service line leader for our Strategy & Operations practice. In this capacity, Jen designed and implemented a practice area focused on helping consultants develop critical core consulting skills by providing mentorship programs along with level-specific training, development, and deployment opportunities. Jen received an Masters of Business Administration from Columbia School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University. She speaks French and Russian fluently.
