Jason is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP’s (Deloitte Consulting) Human Capital practice where he is the Global and U.S. Human Resources (HR) Transformation Leader. Jason is a member of Deloitte Consulting’s Global and US Human Capital management committees. He is also a member of the Deloitte Consulting Board of Directors. He previously led Deloitte Consulting’s Global HR Outsourcing offering and served as the U.S. Chief Strategy & Market Officer. His consulting experience is focused on assisting global organizations with planning and executing their HR transformation initiatives. Jason has assisted clients with projects that include: HR service delivery strategy, business case analysis, shared services, service centers, HR technology, HR portals, business process outsourcing, HR function design and change management.

Jason has authored many of Deloitte Consulting’s points of view and methodologies related to HR transformation, service delivery and outsourcing. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia University.
