BioJanet Foutty wants to transform the way technology can enable business strategy and performance. As the National Managing Director for Deloitte Consulting LLP's U.S. Technology practice, she is well-positioned to accomplish this goal, and she has a very varied agenda: She oversees advisory, implementation and sustainment services, and the 16,000+ consulting technology professionals in the U.S. and India. She is also a member of the Deloitte Consulting LLP Board of Directors. Foutty joined Deloitte in 1991, and has distinguished herself as an advisor to financial services clients. She has deep experience in leading the provision of consulting services in support of technology-based transformations and complex systems integrations, and is a leading authority on business-driven IT strategy. "In my work, I believe that helping an organization critical to its industry transform its technology and operations can truly help transform the industry itself." Prior to her current role, Foutty held a wide range of Deloitte leadership positions across services, industry, and talent dimensions of the business. She was the Regional Service Line Leader for the Midwest Region and served on the Financial Services Industry leadership team as the Regional Industry leader for the Central Region and as its Human Resources leader. She currently serves on both the Women's Initiative and Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Councils. In addition to her Deloitte responsibilities, Foutty works with several business, arts and community service organizations. She serves on the Board of Directors of The Chicago Civic Alliance and the Chicago YWCA. Foutty holds a Bachelor of Science in math from Indiana University, and a Masters of Business Administration in finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. |
