When it comes to helping companies manage risk with confidence, Henry Ristuccia is a pro. He is a partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP and co-leads Deloitte's Governance and Risk Management practice. He focuses on helping organizations on their journey to become a Risk Intelligent Enterprise,™ where risk considerations are incorporated into strategic decisions. “Throughout my tenure within the Deloitte Governance and Risk Management practice, I have seen the marketplace realize that traditional risk management practices have shortcomings. As a result, senior stakeholders, including legislators, regulators, investors, independent directors, and executive management, are all reexamining their current thinking related to risk management.” Henry received a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University. He is a certified public accountant licensed in New York. In addition, he is certified as an information systems auditor, management consultant, and a risk and information systems controller. Outside of the office, Henry and his entire family are very involved with a regional animal welfare organization where Henry volunteers as board member and treasurer. “We are very grateful to take part in this worthwhile cause, whose mission is to help homeless animals. Our motto is, “The animals are part of our family until they become part of yours.” For enjoyment, Henry is a runner, plays the guitar and has visited numerous adventure travel destinations with his children. |
