Guy Langford

BioGuy is an accounting principal in the Deloitte M&A Transaction Services practice with over 22 years of public accounting experience. Based in New York, Guy is Deloitte's National Leader of Distressed Asset and Debt Services which includes service offerings to Investors, Leaders and Debtors. Guy is also Deloitte's National M&A Real Estate Leader and has worked on some of the largest and most complex real estate and hospitality transactions in recent years including both domestic and cross border transactions in the public and non-public arenas. Guy also leads Deloitte's Northeast Real Estate practice. Guy has extensive experience in advising both financial sponsors and corporate buyers on due diligence, accounting structuring matters, financial and operating aspects of transactions. He has also worked closely with many real estate and hospitality participants on post-transaction activities, including integration efforts to ensure that the maximum transaction value is secured. Originally from Australia where he received his bachelors of Commerce at the University of Melbourne, he is both a Chartered Accountant (Australia) and a licensed CPA (USA). Join the Conversation
