As the leader for Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Federal Civilian Technology Risk Practice, Gino Celia oversees nearly 100 Enterprise Risk Services professionals performing business development, delivery, and technology advisory services.

Before transitioning to the private sector, Gino served for twelve years on active duty as a United States Naval Surface Warfare Officer and Space and Electronics Warfare Officer in Charleston, SC, Pascagoula, MS, Dahlgren, VA, and Yokosuka, Japan. He completed deployments to South and Central America, Western Pacific, and the Persian Gulf in support of Operation Southern Watch and went on to complete more than 20 years of naval service, retiring in 2008 as a Commander in the Naval Reserve.
Gino holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Science degree in Information Technology Management from the United States Naval Postgraduate School.
Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Gino now resides in Leesburg, VA, with his wife Kimberley and their two children, Gregory and Rachael. He enjoys hunting, golf, sports, and music, and is active in several community and professional organizations including ISC2 and the US Navy Marksmanship Team. When he’s not listening to classic rock, you can find Gino cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles and the Naval Academy Midshipmen.
