Elise Gautier

Bio

Elise Gautier provides leadership in developing and expanding our services in the area of Food and Product Safety. She is also the co-leader for the Center for the Global Food Value Chain. Along with her team, Elise is responsible for:

  • Bringing the right food & product safety skills, industry knowledge and approaches to help client solve their challenges.
  • Assisting clients in addressing safety and quality risks and issues in organizations operations and throughout their supply chain (such as supply chain analytics) to help reduce cost, enhance performance and visibility.
  • Helping clients enhance their compliance with regulatory requirements as well as identifying and responding to emerging issues.
  • Working with companies to leverage data analytics to address and anticipate safety-related matters and issues relevant to them.

Elise is also part of the Deloitte task force team that monitors developments on conflict minerals and assist companies in complying with the SEC’s final conflict minerals rule. Elise has more than 20 years of work experience in both industry and consultative services. She has been with Deloitte for 13 years. Before joining Deloitte, she served as a controller in a French company and as an internal auditor in an American multi-national manufacturing company.

Elise is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Certified Risk Professional (CRP), and a Deloitte certified green belt. She serves on the Board of the non-profit organization Downtown Dallas Inc.
