BioE.J. Huntley is a principal in the Houston office of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP, where he serves as the national leader of the Real Estate Consulting practice. E. J. specializes in multiple disciplines within the real estate industry and has participated in and led valuation and consulting engagements throughout the United States and internationally. He is well versed in a variety of valuation and consulting issues, including purchase price allocation appraisals, transaction due diligence, underwriting complex real estate transactions, portfolio analyses, cost segregation and tax depreciation services, as well as providing expert testimony and litigation support.
