Diana O’Brien serves as the chief clients and markets officer for Deloitte LLP. In this senior leadership role, Diana works directly with the CEOs of Deloitte’s four businesses to help drive the organization's growth and seamless delivery of cross-functional services to its clients. Her responsibilities include overseeing the national industry program, geography leadership and growth strategies as well as the entire client relationship lifecycle. Diana also serves on the Deloitte LLP Executive Committee and the Deloitte Consulting LLP Board of Directors.
Diana joined Deloitte in 1985, and has led a career primarily focused on helping health care and life science companies become more competitive. Her client activities include serving as global lead client service principal for a major life sciences client and advisory partner on several accounts. Previously, Diana served as managing principal for Talent Development and Deloitte University, Deloitte’s learning and leadership center. In this role, she led the development and delivery of technical, industry professional and leadership training for 65,000 people annually, cultivating a collaborative learning environment where leaders thrive. Prior to that, Diana led Deloitte Consulting’s life sciences practice.
In addition to her work at Deloitte, Diana is actively involved with several autism focused nonprofits and she is the chairman and founder of IMPACT Autism. Diana also supports the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, and has been named one of the Leading Women of Greater Cincinnati by Leading Women Inc.
