Adam F. Weissenberg

Adam serves as Vice Chair and Chief Global Officer for Deloitte’s US Audit & Assurance (A&A) practice reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Adam also serves as the cross-functional Asia Pacific Leader for the US Global Office, reporting to the Managing Partner - Businesses. He serves in both roles with a continued focus on driving greater collaboration across the Deloitte member firm network. In addition, Adam was elected to Deloitte’s Board of Directors in January 2020.

During Adam’s 28 years with the firm, he has served as a Lead Client Service Partner (LCSP), Advisory Partner, Industry Leader and in a Business Leadership role. As an LCSP, Adam has led some of our largest audit accounts, as well as significant non-audit accounts. More recently, at the direction of the A&A CEO, Adam established the Clients & Industries leadership role for A&A, where he collaborated across businesses to manage Client Portfolio Management (CPM), developed growth strategies for A&A, and represented A&A on several cross-business initiatives.

Previously, Adam oversaw the Travel, Hospitality and Services (THS) industry - one of the largest global industry practices at Deloitte that includes more than 1,500 professionals. He led the strategic direction, operational execution and overall leadership of the industry. Adam continues to participate in the THS marketplace and serves as a member of the planning committee for the NYU Hospitality Investment Conference.

Outside of Deloitte, Adam serves on the board and as the Audit Committee Chairman of the UJA of New York and on the Board of Directors of The Cancer Hope Network.

Adam received a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in Hotel and Restaurant Administration, and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University where he majored in accounting and finance. He is married with two daughters and resides in Short Hills, New Jersey.
