My Industries:

My Career High:

We were retained to provide consulting services in support of an enterprise cost reduction project for a large technology firm. Our client’s goal was to generate $1 billion in cash within 10 months. I led a joint client/Deloitte Consulting team that focused on helping the client reduce costs and working capital, rationalize the business footprint and achieve balance sheet flexibility. The client generated $1.5 billion within 10 months, thereby substantially reinforcing their financial viability.

“Through our work in enterprise cost reduction, we not only help clients in their efforts to reduce costs and working capital, but we help them reinforce their financial viability as well. One telecom client was able to generate $1.5 billion within 10 months – a half billion over their initial goal – once we became involved and helped them redirect their focus. The success of this project was a personal career high for me.”
