Proudest Career Moments
Helping an automotive client develop and implement a targeted growth strategy, which included a key acquisition, was a rewarding experience which demonstrated the breadth of Deloitte’s capabilities. We helped segment the market and identify target acquisitions, but also pointed out the need to fix and build a key part of the organization to sustain the business and prepare for further growth. Our assistance in creating a new functional group was critical to the success of the strategy.
“Effective execution of a good plan will deliver far more value than a great plan poorly carried out.”
