Mike Fucci has more than 28 years of diversified experience in Human Resources consulting, with a focus on Talent, Rewards Transformation, HR Transformation and Employee Communications.
Mike was recently named National Managing Director for Services & Advisory for Deloitte Consulting LLP. Mike holds several other leadership positions at Deloitte. For the past six years, Mike has served as National Managing Director for the U.S. Human Capital practice – a practice of more than 1,800 practitioners, generating annual revenues of more than $530 million.
Mike also serves as Americas Regional Leader for the Global Human Capital practice, the Consulting partner champion for Principal/Director learning and development and chairman of the Retirement Committee for the Deloitte LLP Board of Directors.
Mike has worked with clients in numerous industries, particularly in the Life Sciences & Health Care arena. Consulting magazine named him one of its top 25 Consultants in 2008.
