Rod has more than 24 years of experience assisting leading retailers in improving the efficiency of their operations and in increasing overall profitability. He currently serves as the Leader of the Retail and Distribution Practice, Deloitte Consulting LLP. His experience spans the entire enterprise including Store Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Back-Office Operations and Information Technology. He was the first National Leader of the Enterprise Cost Reduction Integrated Market Offering where he gained deep knowledge, skills and experience in cost optimization, helping his clients achieve significant, sustainable improvements in their profitability.
