Call it transformation, call it metamorphosis, call it an extreme makeover – Deloitte Consulting LLP principal Michael Stephan helps Human Resources (HR) functions conceptualize and execute major change that can lead to a more strategic HR function and promote improved performance companywide.
As a principal in Deloitte Consulting’s HR Transformation practice, Michael helps companies develop and integrate HR service delivery models across the operations and technology spectrum, with a targeted focus on optimizing the delivery of HR services. His global consulting experience traverses the HR landscape and includes shared services, HR outsourcing, global ERP deployment and enterprise transition and change management. Michael has led a broad range of projects for global organizations including a significant leadership role on two of the industry’s largest HR outsourcing deals.
While Michael’s experiences have taken him across all industries, he currently leads our HR Transformation services for the Life Sciences and Health Care industry. Michael has co-authored several of Deloitte’s points of view and methodologies specific to HR Transformation, while making notable contributions to publications such as HRO Today. Michael has been recognized as a “HRO Today Superstar” from 2008-2010 for his contributions to the industry. Michael received a bachelor of science degree in marketing and business administration from Albright College.
