Meet David J. Fornari

Principal, Federal Energy and Resources Management, Deloitte Consulting LLP

David J. Fornari leads the Federal Energy and Resources Management practice and is a member of the Federal Operations Committee.  He is also the former National Managing Director of Energy for Deloitte Consulting LLP. Throughout his more than 35-year business/consulting career, Dave has helped numerous entities in the Utility and Energy sectors and other asset-intensive sectors to evaluate and implement strategic, operational and technology-related programs and initiatives to effect organizational transformation and value creation. Most recently, he has led the development of client-centric programs to address the evolving infrastructure and technology aspects of alternative energy and sustainability in both the commercial and government sectors.

Dave is the Deloitte Consulting executive responsible for launching the Federal Energy and Resources Management Initiative. In this capacity, he is accountable for building and extending Deloitte Consulting's delivery capabilities across the various U.S. Government departments and agencies.

Dave is a frequent speaker and author on the subject of energy and resources management. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Nance College of Business, Cleveland State University.
