Brian leads the engineering effectiveness team for the process & industrial products sector, as well as the development of Deloitte’s lean engineering implementation approach. He brings more than 14 years of industry and consulting experience in developing and delivering engineering effectiveness improvement programs for highly complex and engineered product companies, both in the US and globally.
Brian’s experience ranges from lean engineering and engineering process optimization to the application of PLM tools for engineering processes, and extends from product development through supplier operations. Most of his career has been spent serving manufacturing clients in the automotive, aerospace and defense and industrial products sectors.
A certified Lean-Six Sigma Black Belt, he also holds a master of business in strategy and entrepreneurialship from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a bachelor of science from Miami University.
