Christie has spent the last 20 years consulting in the areas of Organizational Effectiveness, Human Capital Transformation, and Mergers & Acquisitions. She focuses on providing consulting services in support of projects involving HR and business strategy, talent management, employee development, global workforce planning, leadership development, and change management. Christie joined Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Human Capital practice as a direct-entry Principal ten years ago, with responsibility for relationship management and service delivery to our top global accounts. Christie has lead the consulting services in support of the change management, communications and talent management components of several large-scale global technology adoption projects leading change management, communications and talent management.
Christie received her undergraduate degree from Loyola College and her Masters in Psychology from Rutgers University. She completed her Doctoral studies at New York University, concentrating in the area of organizational culture, mentoring and sales force development. She has developed and patented two organizational measurement/developmental instruments aimed at mentoring, cultural, employee and customer alignment and research.
