Greg Scott is a principal in Deloitte Consulting’s Life Sciences & Health Care practice, where he is national leader of the Government Programs service line. He has more than 20 years of industry experience as a management consultant, health plan executive, and federal policy maker.
Greg’s clients include many of the nation’s leading public and private sector health care organizations. He brings particular focus to health reform, Medicare, Medicaid and TRICARE business and technology issues. He serves clients through engagements that include program policy and design, strategy development, product innovation, performance improvement, business intelligence and information technology solutions.
Prior to joining Deloitte in 1998, Greg served in government program strategy, business development and operations management roles with one of the nation’s largest insurance companies. Previously, he served in Medicare and Medicaid financial management and managed care roles with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Greg received his MPA and BA degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.
