Brian Flacco is a senior manager in the public sector transportation practice focusing on Intelligent Transportation and Highway Solutions. Brian’s key area of experience lies in business processes related to planning, design, construction, maintenance and asset management for roadway and bridge infrastructure as well as in the required technology to support these processes. He has led teams in business process reengineering, requirements gathering, package evaluation, conceptual design, and implementation of systems to support highway-related processes such as bridge management, roadway management and highway maintenance.
Brian possesses more than 12 years of experience working with state agencies in the DOT and DMV arena. He has developed relationships with key business partners that have deep understanding and subject matter experience related to highway infrastructure assets. Brian has served in public sector leadership positions at Deloitte and BearingPoint.
