Nathan Root provides motor vehicle consulting services in business architecture, information technology solutions, requirements planning and definition and product development. He has led teams in business process reengineering and solutions development, managed configuration and implementation activities for driver license production, and advised compliance planning activities for complex federal mandates and international standards.
Nathan is a nationally-recognized specialist in the motor vehicle business with more than 16 years of transportation-specific experience at Deloitte, BearingPoint, the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA), and the U.S. Department of Transportation. As AAMVA’s Standards Program Director, he represented AAMVA and the U.S. on national and international standards development efforts in identification security. He also served as staff liaison to the Driver Licensing & Control and Financial Responsibility Committees and related work efforts.
