2010 Tribalization of Business Study: Share your opinion!

Is your company using social media effectively?

Does your organization have a social media strategy? What’s working well? What could be enhanced? Click here to let us know or visit http://2010tribalizationofbusiness.com. (Note that clicking this link will take you to a site outside of Deloitte.com, managed by the Society for New Communications Research, with whom we are conducting the research).

We invite you to share your opinion as we gather responses for the 2010 Tribalization of Business Study, to be released this summer by Deloitte LLP’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice. The survey takes just a few minutes and your feedback will remain anonymous, as study data is aggregated from hundreds of companies.

Conducted in conjunction with Beeline Labs and the Society for New Communications Research, the third edition of the Tribalization of Business Study will measure the perceived potential of online communities and identifies how enterprises believe they may better leverage them. The 2010 study, when released, will focus on a number of key topics, including:

  • Why the buzz about social media continues
  • How innovative companies leverage communities and social media to aid product development, customer support, marketing and brand building
  • Effective practices for developing successful communities and metrics companies use to track outcomes

Please send questions to tmt@deloitte.com.
