Both Deloitte and IBM have contributed assets and resources to the alliance, which strives to provide excellent service during client engagements:

Access to specific IBM resources – Recognizing Deloitte as a Premier Business Partner, IBM provides Deloitte with access to a variety of hardware, software and services resources (e.g., subject matter experts) as well as IBM education and complementary tools.
Technology investments – To help reduce clients’ development costs and accelerate time to market, IBM has invested hardware, software and technical support in Deloitte’s Solutions Network (SNET) technology center.
Education and enablement assistance – The alliance also enables Deloitte to call on IBM professionals to bring their experience and skills to provide clients with guidance on product education and training programs.
Services and Solutions – Deloitte works closely with IBM to develop pre-configured, pre-tested, industry-specific services and solutions. Deloitte’s portfolio of IBM-enabled offerings can help accelerate project start-up while reducing project cost and risk.
Deloitte’s time-tested methodologies – Based on experience, knowledge and skills in a variety of industries, Deloitte provides methodologies and services designed to help global corporations in their efforts to leverage IBM technologies to develop cutting-edge business solutions while more effectively mitigating risk.
IBM Center of Excellence (COE) – Deloitte has established an IBM Center of Excellence at its US India headquarters in Mumbai. The highly trained IBM COE staff has the skills and experience needed to create innovative services and solutions, tools, and accelerators for the IBM Software suite of products.
