Meet Annette Proctor
Operations Director, Deloitte Center for Energy Solutions, Deloitte Services LP
Annette Proctor is the Operations Director for the Deloitte Center for Energy Solutions. In her role, Ms. Proctor works closely with the Center and extended Energy team to support the development of thought leadership and service offerings, helping to differentiate Deloitte more effectively in the marketplace. She has more than 15 years of experience in the energy industry, focused primarily in the oil and gas sector supporting learning, operations, and marketing across the industry subsectors.
In her previous role, as the Oil & Gas Chief of Staff, Ms. Proctor worked closely with Mr. Gary Adams, the Vice Chairman of Deloitte’s Oil & Gas Group, providing strategic, analytical and operational support.
She was responsible for developing and deploying Deloitte’s Oil & Gas sector learning program. A key component of this program was the development of Deloitte’s Oil & Gas College that consisted of a two-day simulation focused on running a super major oil and gas company, helping Deloitte’s professionals gain real-world insights to the critical challenges and decisions clients face.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Ms. Proctor managed and implemented strategic business and marketing initiatives for the energy industry practice at Arthur Andersen. In addition, she spent the earlier years of her career as an aquatic toxicologist and environmental project manager with emphasis on NPDES permits and superfund site project management.
Ms. Proctor is active in several industry-focused organizations including the Women’s Energy Network, Greater Houston Partnership, and Energy Bar Association.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology from Texas A&M University.
