This two-day seminar and workshop trains regulated utilities managers on energy utility business issues and the interests of various industry stakeholders.
During the first day of the seminar the following topics are discussed:

- Energy Realities
- Utility Regulation
- Business Strategy
- Principles of Public Utility Ratemaking
- Interests and Stakeholders
- Top ten emerging issues for electric utility management
The second day of the seminar the participants analyze a set of scenarios from the perspective of different stakeholder interests. They then present their positions on the scenario issues before three of their colleagues acting as state regulators.
