Executive Director, Deloitte Center for Energy Solutions
In his role as Executive Director of the Deloitte Center for Energy Solutions (the Center), Branko Terzic is responsible for defining and guiding the Center's strategic platforms and key activities in the energy marketplace. Branko's focus is on leveraging both intellectual capital and service innovation on energy industry issues. Branko is a former commissioner on the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, a former Wisconsin Public Service commissioner, and the former chief executive of a natural gas company. In addition to his executive director role, he will continue as regulatory policy leader in Energy & Resources, Deloitte Services LP.
Vice Chairman, U.S. Energy & Resources Industry Leader, U.S. Power & Utilities Sector Leader, Deloitte LLP
As Vice Chairman, U.S. Energy & Resources Leader, and U.S. Power & Utilities Sector Leader, Deloitte LLP, John McCue’s responsibilities center on the coordination of Deloitte's professional services to energy and utility companies in the United States. He is an energy industry specialist, having served the industry for more than 24 years. John has significant experience in the energy and utility industries, spanning the electric, gas, water and exploration & production industry segments. John has also played a lead role in many of the major utility mergers of the past 15 years.
Vice Chairman, U.S. Oil & Gas Leader, Deloitte LLP
John England serves as Vice Chairman and U.S. Oil & Gas leader for Deloitte across all of its functions which include consulting, audit, tax, and financial advisory services. In this role, Mr. England helps oil and gas companies solve their most complex challenges, while also overseeing the significant investment Deloitte is making in its oil and gas practice. Most notably, he steers Deloitte’s overall delivery of a broad range of cross-spectrum professional services, from technology integration and operational consulting to human capital offerings and tax services, as well as financial advisory offerings and attest services.

Marlene is the US Alternative Energy Leader for Deloitte and a principal in the Valuation Services practice of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP (“Deloitte FAS”). In her role as Deloitte’s Alternative Energy Leader she steers Deloitte’s overall delivery of a broad range of cross-spectrum professional services – from tax related issues, M&A and financing activities, business strategy, valuation, accounting to technology integration and operational consulting as well as human capital offerings – to alternative energy companies, and those who invest in alternative energy.

Annette Proctor is the Operations Director for the Deloitte Center for Energy Solutions, Deloitte Services LP. In her role, Annette works closely with the Center and extended Energy & Resources team to support the development of thought leadership and service offerings, helping to differentiate Deloitte more effectively in the marketplace.

A highly respected leader in the industry, Peter has more than 40 years of industry experience and is known for his pragmatic leadership style and deep integrity.
