Meet Ollie McCoy

Partner, Deloitte Consulting LLP

Ollie McCoy is the U.S. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice leader, managed health care for Deloitte Consulting LLP. He led the industry’s largest multi-year health plan restructuring effort, among a number of other large-scale transactions and M&A, joint venture and affiliation programs.

Ollie has extensive experience in many stages of the M&A life cycle, including acquisition strategy, strategic financial analysis, integration execution, synergy capture and corporate restructuring. He brings more than 16 years of consulting and industry experience.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Ollie served as vice president of sales and marketing and as vice president of planning and analysis for a large financial technology solutions company.

Ollie received a Bachelor of Science in multidisciplinary engineering from Purdue University and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School.

Ollie joined Deloitte in 2007. Outside of the office, Ollie enjoys golf, coaching upward league football, spending time with family and traveling.
