Michael Cohen is a principal in Deloitte Consulting’s Health Care Consulting Practice where he focuses on providing strategy and performance improvement services to health system and physician group clients. Michael’s specific areas of experience include strategic planning, financial planning, enterprise cost reduction and demand management/growth.
In 2009, Michael was the co-author of “The Five Pillars of Performance Improvement for Health Care Providers.” Prior to joining Deloitte, Michael served in financial management roles at the Detroit Medical Center and the Indiana University School of Medicine.
Michael has a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and an MHA from Indiana University.
