Dorrie Guest, director, Deloitte Consulting LLP (Deloitte Consulting), brings more than 18 years of health care management, executive leadership, and consulting experience primarily focused on physician services. Dorrie co-leads Deloitte Consulting’s Physician Enterprise and Ambulatory Services team and a core member of Deloitte Consulting’s Value Based Care team. She is the co-author of Physician/Hospital Alignment: Employment Agreements in the Reform Era and Physician/Hospital Alignment: First Stop the Bleeding.
Dorrie’s consulting experience includes leading projects in the areas of accountable care readiness, Patient Centered Medical Home accreditation, physician alignment, merger integration, governance/leadership structures, performance improvement, and physician productivity and compensation models.
Dorrie earned a MPH in Health Policy and Management from the University of South Florida and a BA from Florida State University.
